Network marketing training is widely available these days through the companies themselves, trainers in the industry, and upline leadership. And yet, despite the availability of training, why are so many people in the industry still not succeeding?
The blueprint for wealth in the Network Marketing industry can be summarized as S + K + M + N. Not many trainers or upline leadership take the time to explain what this blueprint is or its importance.
What does S stand for in the formula? Skill set! It takes a well defined skill set to succeed long term in MLM. That skill set takes time and effort to develop. A distributor must be patient while he learns how to Close, Prospect, Present…etc.. But what will serve him most over time, is learning how to be an expert marketer. If we fill our minds with uplifting, nurturing, self-development material, our attitudes will improve and as they improve, so will our ability to cope with the challenges of building a network marketing business. A positive mindset attracts success. A negative, pessimistic mindset repels success. A person who succeeds in network marketing must develop this part of the formula by reading and studying material that will help maintain a positive mental attitude.
N = Network. As we focus on S, K, and M…our network will grow. When we master a new marketing Skill, we increase the number of leads we generate and our Knowledge in that area grows. As we increase our Knowledge, we increase our confidence. As we increase our confidence, our Mindset improves. Then, our network continues to grow. As our network grows, so do our leadership skills. As our leadership skills grow, we are able to better teach our teams how to duplicate our success. It’s a self-fulfilling chain of events that take time, effort, and persistent to implement.
